岗位职责
-Be responsible to arrange GMO’s travel, do the travel application, get approve from required person, Book flights and hotel,etc.
-Provide assistance to company chop process;
-Perform document management, be responsible for getting signature for GMO (including get signature of GM and CM,record and distribute properly; help GMO to get approve signature from others).
-Be responsible for arrangement of GMO visitors, providing the invitation letters to GMO visitors and get approve, ensure the proper transportation arrangement during their travel and any other affairs required.
-Be responsible to coordinate the department cars: conduct the expense claim for drivers biweekly.
岗位要求
1. Bachlor or above;
2. English major is preferred;
3. Good command of written and oral English;
4. Be flexible for working hours, and be reliable for tasks assigned;
5. Strong sense of responsibility, and be able to work under pressure;
6. Independent, proactive and positive personality, and be open to communicate with foreigners.
7. Local Chengdu people is preferred.
